You will find the care instructions under each product. Some of them you can wash in 40 and some in 30. Some of the clothes are recommended to drip dry and some you may or may not use softener when washing. So the best thing is to look under each product for specific care instructions. 

You can find the Size Guide under each product. The t-shirts are oversized and loose fit. The tights are rather long in the legs. The jumpsuits are adjustable in the back, so focus on the size you usually where in pants. 

Our sportswear are popular even among Yoga peeps.

The tights and tops are with compression and you can use them for running. But as we design them for Pilates they have no zippers or pockets as this may distract you or be in the way when practicing Pilates.

Our clothes are produced by high tech and certified fabrics in Portugal. Our fabric comes from Italy. Our tops and tights are made of recycled material and the t-shirts are made from cotton and lyocell (a tree fibre).
