Monica is a Certified Pilates Instructor and owner of Pilates-Fit studio in Switzerland. Beyond that, she is a mom of 3 children, a sensible person with a big heart, and she loves movements.
What kind of movements can I expect in this workout?
Monica is introducing a Pilates Inspired Core Circuit where you target abs, legs, shoulders, arms, and work on your hip stability. In this workout, remember to use the sixth basic principles within Pilates, centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow. Enjoy!
