What kind of Pilates exercises can I expect in this workout?
Micki is introducing variations of a push up. You can do all of them, or find the variation most suitable for you, depending on where your body and mind is at. A push up is a full body workout and should be done with body and mind connection and control. In this workout, remember to use the sixth basic principles within Pilates, centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow. Enjoy!
