Pilates for High Performing Mind (PT or Semi Private)

Join a class customized for you and your colleague! Invest in yourself over a Private or a Semi Private Pilates class.

This is Pilates tailored for all high performers that want to explore how breath and body control will challenge your body, in ways you may not have tried before. This investment will unwind your high performing brain and allow you to use slower deliberate movements that will challenge your strength, balance, focus and control. 

You will be guided in Pilates by Helena. Helena is the founder of Pebbles Sportswear and a fully certified STOTT and Equinox Pilates Instructor including Injuries and Special Population (ISP by STOTT).

Select if you want a PT (only you) or Semi Private (train with a colleague). Once you have bought this class you will be contacted by Helena in person to set up a time and day suitable for your busy schedule.
