DELIVERY INFORMATION

Pebbles Pilates offers free shipping worldwide. Normal delivery time is between 2-5 business days. We also have an express shipping option, worldwide. Delivery time is between 1-3 business days, except for pre orders that are longer delivery time. 

We use UPS for shipping outside Sweden and PostNord within Sweden.

When you place an order you will receive your tracking information shortly after where you can track your order. If you didn’t get any tracking e-mail, just send us an e-mail at hello@pebblespilates.com and we will help you.

Don’t you worry, if your purchase is not exactly what you had in mind, you have 30 days to exchange or return your item(s) or give it to a girlfriend, sister or mom. (This is not valid for any items on sales as they are non refundable and you are not able to return items purchased on sale).

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO:

1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN
Send an email to hello@pebblespilates.com with your order number,

what items you will be returning and the reason for your return.

In case of an exchange, please specify the size and color of the desired item(s).

2. SEND THE PACKAGE
Place the item(s) back in the original box (or other solid container),

seal it and secure with tape.
