A well trained, long and lean body.

A prefect training form for everybody.

6. WHAT IS THE PERFECT PILATES OUTFIT?
 A perfect Pilates outfit is the one that feels comfortable, gives support where needed and in the same time brings out your nice curves.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE PILATES MOVES?

8. IN YOUR OPINION, WHY IS PILATES SUCH A GOOD WORKOUT?
Because everybody can get a great results  by training Pilates , both ordinary people and athletes.
